1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may cancel monthly or annual subscriptions anytime through the dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle; the current period remains active until expiry.
  • 2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are only considered if:

  • You experience a verified technical issue that prevents service usage, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Partial usage or mid-cycle cancellation.
  • User errors, campaign performance, or third-party platform disruptions.
  • All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

    3. Trial and Promotions

    Free trials, demo accounts, or discounted plans are non-refundable.


    4. Modifications

    We may modify this policy to align with updated legal or business requirements. Updates will be posted on the website.
